Looking for something to do with the kids before school starts? Bring your creativity to the Parks and Recreation Office on Tuesday, August 23rd between 9:00am-11:00am! Use our blank cards, markers, and crayons and create mini-masterpieces to be shared with members of our community through the Council on Aging.
If you're too busy doing last minute errands, have the kids make a card at home and drop it in the collection box in our office. Who doesn't love receiving a handmade card with an uplifting message? Help us spread the kindness around!
This is not a class or workshop, but is self-directed with parental/guardian supervision. If you can't make this one, we hope to provide more opportunities for this activity throughout the year.
