The Evo 'All Skills Baseball' Academies are instructor led and include physical education games and activities for kids ages 7-12. Players are divided into appropriate age groups for play in a 10:1 player/coach ratio. The Academies combine quality baseball instruction with fun, cooperative team games.
Evo Academy teaches all aspects of the game including: hitting, throwing, fielding (all positions), pitching, and base-running. Skills will be taught through both instructional stations and coach-led games. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, practice, and refine skills before the start of the season!
The Academy will be held at Evo Facilities located at 137 Shrewsbury Street, West Boylston OR 697 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury. Please note the primary location when registering for the activity. Parents will be given 1 days notice if it's necessary to change facilities.
There will be a snack time and lunch period scheduled each day.
Each participant should bring their own nut-free, peanut free snacks, lunch, and labeled water bottle! Participants should dress comfortably in athletic attire appropriate for the weather, and wear sneakers and sunscreen, too! A baseball hat and glove are recommended, but not required.
Cost for the full day program for a week is $250.00. The cost for the half day program for a week is $175. The cost for one day programs when offered is $75.00.
