Self Defense Class - Back by popular demand! • Register • View Cart •

Join the Parks & Recreation Department and Arteca's Karate Academy on January 4th for this self-defense class designed to empower! This class will be especially beneficial for young people in college, but anyone that attends will benefit from the information and techniques taught.

In a safe environment, Master Jared will teach students how to identify and manage potential threats, and ultimately how to physically defend themselves should it become necessary. 

To help our community members live safer lives, Master Jared will offer this program at no charge. If you are so inclined, bring a pantry item to replenish the Boylston Food Pantry!

The class will run from 10am to about noon at Arteca's Karate Academy at 184 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA (the studio).

Participants must register for this class and bring a copy of their emailed confirmation to the class for check-in. This class is capped, so do not hesitate to register. No walk-ins accepted.
