Encore Casino Bus Trip!
Join us for a trip to Encore Casino on September 12, 2026!
We'll leave Boylston Town Hall at 9:00am on September 12th for a fun day at Encore, returning to the same parking lot later in the day at approximately 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive to Boylston Town Hall by 8:45am the latest to board the bus. We will plan to leave Encore at 3:30pm to begin our trip back.
What's included? Your ride to and from Encore. At the time of booking the trip, Encore is offering $20 in free slot play per person. (This could be subject to change).
You will be on your own for lunch and snacks - no food is included. Encore features a variety of restaurants from fine to casual dining. If you wish to indulge in fine dining, we recommend you make a reservation ahead of the trip.
Rates:
Boylston residents older than 21 years - $20 per person
Non-residents older than 21 years - $30 per person
No persons under 21 will be allowed to attend
Payment is expected at time of registration. Payment can be made online using a credit card, debit card, or e-check (must have unipay account). Payment in the form of a check made out to the 'Town of Boylston' may also be mailed to the Boylston Parks & Recreation Office at 221 Main Street, Boylston, MA 01505. Payment may also be made in the office via check or exact cash. Refunds are only issued when an event is cancelled by the Boylston Parks and Recreation Department.
This trip will open to Boylston community members 60 years and older for a couple weeks before opening to all others.
**All participants must accept the Town of Boylston's Liability and Indemnity Waiver, along with the Supplemental Release from Financial and Transportation Liability. Please share the number of the cell phone you will have during the event (if it changes after registering, please let us know). Please also share an emergency contact and their best phone number. If you any have medical conditions that we should be aware of to help you in an emergency, we ask that you share those as well.**
