Trick-or-Treat at Hillside (for Boylston children 6 and younger) - Trick-or-Treat at Hillside (for children 6 and younger)
Join us at Hillside for a morning of Trick-or-Treating on October 21st at 11:00am! (rain date 10/28). Deadline to register is October 16 so we may purchase enough candy and other items to accommodate all.Boylston children six an younger are invited to visit stations inside and outside of Boylston Town Hall hosted by town employees and/or volunteers to collect treats! Come say 'Hi' to your favorite librarians! And stop by the Historical Commission and Historical Society table for some treats out! We'll visit several offices at Town Hall! And for the last stops, we'll have some fire fighters giving candy off the back of their truck, the Highway Department handing out candy, and finally the last stop will be the Police Station for more treats!PLEASE ARRIVE by 11:00am and check in at the Parks and Recreation office. We will wait for everyone to arrive and than we will ALL move together as a group to the various stations and go through Town Hall to the offices as a group, finally arrive at the Police Station together. This is a bit different than the last few years. Town Hall employees are excited to participate, but we also want to respect their time. Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory. While we will have some items that do not contain peanuts/tree-nuts, Parks & Recreation, and participating groups and individuals cannot guarantee any items are allergy free.Parents/Guardians/Caregivers assume all responsibility for any food allergies or any choking risks.This event is free and for children 6 and younger. Sign-up is required and a responsible adult must stay with each group of children. Parking is available in the far upper municipal lot. Families are encouraged to linger and socialize at the playground at the end of this event.
